I attended dell interview on 21st september 2013. It had 1 technical round followed by manager round. Both the rounds were good and I was sent for HR discussion on the same day. However HR did not finalize on CTC and told me they will come back in the next following week. I tried to follow-up everyday on CTC to that they were keep telling me that they will finalize by eod. After 4 days suddenly HR (different person who did not attend any HR discussion on my interview date) told me that I am not selected for the project. This shocked me as I was sent for the HR discussion on the same day by the manager who told me he was leading th projects in that domain. How HR's made me wait nearly a week on my status and later they tell me "I am not selected". I think these HR's are making money by giving wrong information to candidates and selecting the candidates whoever they want.
