Entrevista
There will 3-4 rounds of interview based on the experience level of the candidate. First there will be a screening round where the candidates resumes are sorted and screened. Then there will be technical round where he will be asked basic technical questions based on his recent and past work. Problem solving questions are also being asked. The next round is also a technical round. In this the candidate is being asked more core level technical questions and if needed is also asked to write code on a problem scenario. The 3rd and 4th rounds are usually manager and hr rounds.

Mostly technical and problem solving skills. Questions will also be around candidates previous projects and how he/she helped in solving critical problems. Questions around what keeps the candidate motivated to perform his regular day to day work. How contributes to the overall vision of the organization.

HR Recruiter called and explained JD, scheduled 1st round of technical interview, panel joined on time and process was smooth. However, the next round took 2 months to get scheduled , it was rescheduled twice and finally cancelled. HR was generous enough to call and say position was closed.

I had 3 rounds of interviews, one is recruiter screen, other is technical, next is managerial. Later had couple of discussion on package. Officially scheduled HR round and cancelled in last minute. I was told position went to hold

Very impressed. It was very efficient interview process. There were approx 3 interviews. But only one of them was a bit technical and rest were more STAR type questions. There was some confusion between Different HR persons involved.
