I had 4-5 round of interviews and all went very well and quick. And according to the recruiter I was the top candidate. Waited for a month and whenever I was asking for an update the recruiter kept telling me be patient you are the top candidate.
After I told them I have another offer, they said they have decided to go with other candidate without any further feedback.
Few days later they re-post the same position with a new job ID????

First pass was a screen by phone by HR. A couple of days later a screen call with the hiring manager. Afterwards an all day interview. One person at a time. Followed up with a 3rd phone interview.
