I felt that the interview process was fair. It was a good amount of time to interview. The hiring process was average in length. Average amount of paper work was required.

Not such high level. Ask only for intro and on the basis of introduction about yourself they decide selection or rejection. And no other questions is required so please prepare your introduction very well.
