The Assessment Day was a pleasant experience. It was a very friendly and relaxed environment. The day started off in a meeting room with us candidates, the sales managers and the talent acquisition team all introducing ourselves. Then we were split into two groups , to conduct the assessment stages. There was face to face interview , a role play phone call , and a group activity. I got the phone call the day after to inform me that I was hired.
