The interview was very relaxed but professional. I'm sure it varies by manager and department, but it was not nearly as structured as I expected for such a large company. It was truly more of a conversation in which I went over my resume and how my experience(s) pertained to the role with questions along the way. There were a few standard interview questions like: "Why Dell?" and "What do you know about Dell?" but again it was more of a conversation and less of a structured interview of them asking certain questions because that's "company policy" (or whatever reason companies do that!).
