Entrevista
Consisted of three rounds including a phone interview, online assessment and on-site assessment day (tour of the office, face to face interview, teamwork task and a mock role play scenario).
It was time consuming but turned out to be a really fun day and a great insight into what to expect if you got the job, the interviewers were very friendly and welcoming too.

Met with a panel of two senior team members who took turns in asking interview questions. It was a standard interview with common questions. They were trying to understand the emotional quotient of the interviewee.

The interview process as a whole wasn't too bad. It spanned a total of about a month and then I was reached out to about next steps rather quickly. Overall a great experience and a great company to interview with.

We had 3 interviews. The first one was just to know about me. Then they asked me how I would handle clients since this is a customer service role. I asked more questions and they liked it
