It was a very straight forward easy process. Started with an email from the recruiter about the interview. Met with a 3 person panel interview followed up with another 3 person panel interview. It was very conversational and there were no technical questions. Interview is focued on a someone who is a hunter and not a gatherer, someone who focuses on asking questions and finding the customers NEEDS. and knows how to be proactive and not reactive,

I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.

It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
