Two interviews through Skype
Each was made of a personality interview and a small case study
First was with my direct manager, second with my N+2
First case study was to be answered live, mostly a brainstorming.
Second case study was a brainstorming, then a study and proposition based on a graph

Customer services face a too high volume, they can't answer fast enough.
Propose solutions to face this issue.
The process started off with a phone interview (without any heads up and over a month after applying to the job). The process followed with a virtual interview with the Team Lead and another team member. During the interview I was promised a call to let me know how they'd proceed. Until this day (it's been over six months) nobody has called nor sent me any email regarding the process. And yes, I did try to call them the week following the meeting. Guess I I didn't get the job. :D Unfortunately I would never consider re-apllying to the company nor can I recommend it to anyone. Candidate experience is a huge part of employer branding.
