The first round was a woven test which had one debugging and one medium SQL question. The second round was with the recruiter discussing the role and my qualifications. The third round was a 1 hour SQL technical interview. This round was named SQL but had very little to do with the SQL. This round was totally about how you think and develop solutions, kind of behavioral I would say. I believe they tested my ability to think about a problem and work backward to solve it which deals with one of their core values. This round I felt bad because I believe it has to do with some deep domain knowledge and it is unfair to gauge the thinking with this. I was totally confused about what I was answering and have never faced such an interview. In the end, the interviewer asked me to write a SQL query which I did and also I explained to the interviewer clearly how the SQL query works. My suggestion to the company would be to improve the gauging process for this round. At the end of the interview, the interviewer mentioned I did a good job given the information. If I was selected in this round, I would have had a final interview with the data science team.
