3 stages . Technical, behavioural, written and one more final round.The process is bit lengthy with lots of questions. People who took interviews were kind and supportive.The only thing I noticed is their knowledge and vision is quite weak.No manager in india. The hiring manager from india was on leave when my interview started so when she came back was not ready for the package discussed. I could see the potential issue of management and obviously slave mentality of indians which is quite common. I cleared 2 rounds and last round was taken by the person who was not aware about the technology as the other person was on leave.They gave feedback which seems they didn’t understand anything because they were from different technology. It is quite weird that they wasted my 2 weeks of time where I took day off as well to prepare and attend the interview and then they selected interviewers who were not relevant. There one of the tag line is we never say its not my job. I highly doubt the reality of work culture.
