I had a 30 minute screening interview, then a 45 minute video interview ( mostly behavioural/ scenario based questions). Both individuals were nice and pleasant to talk to, however this was over a month ago and I have not heard a single thing since. I feel like it’s common decency to let people know either way good or bad, and even more so in these covid times where the job search is more challenging for people. People put in time and effort preparing for these interviews, please respect them enough to let them know the outcome.
