I was invited in to meet face-to-face. The interview itself was fine, very laid back but the person I was interviewing with didn't have a lot of time (after I'd waited 30 mins for them to arrive...). Overall, it was a good experience and we said we'd discuss the role further as they didn't have a lot of time during my interview. But then I never heard from them again - nor did my recruiter. I contacted the person in question numerous times but to no avail. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. I was really interested in this role and would have appreciated having feedback on why I wasn't hired.
