Our interviews are usually between 30-60 mins with focus areas that allow us to go deep into the examples you present and better understand the process behind your solutions.
Our interviews are usually done remotely (please see tips on remote interviewing below) but occasionally they will be face-to-face, yourAt the end of each interview, we will leave time for questions so you can learn more about us. Entrevista
Phone interview: screened by local HR, quite nice and straightforward, point to point and asking if you’re into the job role or not.
1st interview: background and operational scenario interview. This line manager kept stopping me for further questions, not quite smooth for this one
2nd interview: background and office scenario questions, quite nice with this interviewer and overall went well
Unstructured and awkward interview process for interviewee...Questions asked were not specific for the role... HR was not responsive at all, overall process needs lot of improvements, especially comparing to theirs competitors
