The interview consists of 3 rounds (Only 2 for me :( --read the below story--). First round was a DSA round which is of average diffficulty. Secound round was System Design, I was asked to design a system that we were building in my current company (I was working in a product based startup at that time). This also went well... There comes the rude part, I got a call from the HR (Friday) saying that I have cracked the system design round and was moved to the last round which is a Tech Managerial round. She asked me when I will be available for this round and she scheduled the round on Next week (Monday). On Monday, before 30 mins of that last round, I got a message that this round has been cancelled. I kept a message regarding this and she said that we will get back to you with new schedule. I was confident that she will definitely schedule that last round, but after 4 days I kept a message to the HR and then she replied me "Hi xxxx, Sorry we are no more hiring for this role..." The time that I had invested for preparation went in vain :( and I felt really bad because such a huge prestigious organization is doing these kind of things. So, my suggestion is to make sure u ask the HR/someone whenever u get a call from #delhivery please ask them whether they will be conducting all the rounds or not...
