Capture and BD's VP attended the interview. Personable and immediately began to describe the divisions' current structure and immediate developments. Provided with a hybrid position incorporating proposal writer and coordinator responsibilities. Before the interview, I requested twice for the salary range and could not be provided with this information. During the interview, I expressed interest in taking the role as long as the compensation matched the scope of responsibility. I was provided an offer letter, which only incorporated the duties of the writer and not the coordinator. I requested clarification and was asked to make a prompt decision. I rejected the offer.
