Whole process took almost a month. Had 1 phone screening interview with the on-site HR manager. We set up an in-person interview for two days later. I interviewed with HR manager & was then passed to the F&B manager. I was offered the position with a low ball salary... negotiated & accepted. (Keep in mind their are limits assigned to each salary grade.). What took 3 weeks was their VERY in depth background check... & I have a spotless history.
