Online app and test included questions about numeracy and situation st judgement test interview panel of three really nice people questions around civil service frame work and warm up questions
There was only a single stage interview. The panel consisted of 3 persons and was online. I was asked competency based questions in line with civil service behaviours. I answered in the STAR format, citing relevant examples from my past experience. The panellists were polite and encouraging.

Tell us a situation where you effectively managed multiple asks.
Following an online Situational Judgement Test and a competency form, I was invited to interview. This involved several competency-based questions in accordance with the standard set by the Civil Service's Competency Framework.
