I was referred to the position by a friend who was a current employee. He sent my resume to his manager on site to review it, and I was contacted for an interview a few days later. I met the hiring manager at the site where I would be working and we sat down and reviewed my resume and past experience. He was personable and created a comfortable atmosphere throughout the process. He contacted me later that day telling me as long as I passed the background requirements I had the job. Overall the experience was a very positive one.
