I have only positive experience. The process was smooth and supportive. Starting from the very first email from the Hiring Manager I was carefully led through the whole recruitment process. First talk is over Zoom with the HR to get to know each other and overall description of the interviews that will be held. The second interview is with the QA Lead with challenging tasks and technical questions. The third ist with some members of QA team and again QA Lead - as well tasks, behavioral questions and technical questions. And the last one is with QA Lead and Head of Engineering to discuss the final steps.

Pregunta 1
Find a bug on the screenshot and describe how would you think to find the cause of the bug?
3 interviews. First one was general chit chat, second was technical and third was with two new people which was also technical and related to qa processes as expected. Although the role is hugely related to test automation, it was sold as a manual testing role.

They showed me a sample application was asked to find bugs and then later in another task I was asked to find the root cause of a bug that I was shown.
