First a TA screening, next a home task to be delivered in a PPT format, then another interview with the Hiring Manager, then possibly a panel interview which I didn't get to it.

Deel is just the EOR, so they didn't participant in the recruit process. The full process held by the real employer. Three rounds-screening round, first round with line manager and second round with the department lead.
