I only completed the first call with a sourcer. The conversation lacked structure and I never heard back on the outcome. I was happy not to follow-up as I did not get a good impression of the company

I completed 3 interviews at Deel. The process moved very quickly in early stages, and the recruiter was great at keeping me informed, until the final stage where I waited two weeks for an outcome. The interviews were so brief and moved so quickly that I wasn't fully given an opportunity to showcase my skills, and I was interrupted on occasion during my answers.
