The process involve several steps, but everything happened quite quickly. Although, the first screening call was with an internal recruiter who didn't even know who I was, he seemed quite stressed. On my final interviews with my potential stakeholders I felt that they were not interested at all and they were not briefed on who I was, why I made it to the last stage. After 6 interviews, I had to chase the recruiter to know wether I was successful or not. He said that the team liked me and to keep waiting. After 3 weeks and chasing the recruiter again I got an answer that the role was cancelled.

The process was quite straightforward. I was missing something the company was looking for, managing internationally distributed teams to be precise. Otherwise well established process and a friendly recruiter. Good communication over the email as well. Idk, i didn't go far into the process to give a balanced feedback.
