It was a 4 steps process. The first two ones were great and got me excited about the possibility of joining the company. The interview with the Design Director though was strange (as already mentioned in other reviews here). I didn't feel safe during it; it seemed he was trying to create pressure during the talking, and many red flags showed up. For example, he got defensive when I asked what were the gaps in the design process and how would I help fill them in. Finally, the last interviewer said, "You will have to compromise a lot of your time with this role, are your friends and family aware of it?", making it clear that work-life balance might be a problem there. The final feedback saying that they decided to move with another candidate was a generic one, different from what happened after the technical interview when I received a very clear and good one.
Fast contact. Prepare a good case of study to present to leads and managers and be prepared for questions and follow up. Was nice to receive a follow up of my interview and know better leads and managers

It was pretty average, with a talk to the HR person, then a talk with the Head of design, a case presentation about one of your previous works and a last one for a possible offer.
