Invited to an initial interview with the first availability being 2 weeks later. Interviewer was late to the interview, didn't know the role I was applying for and knew nothing about why I was there.
Interview lasted minutes with some standard questions about the company and zero about myself.
Was advised they couldn't answer any technical questions so should save them till the interview. Said they would speak to the hiring manager and get back to me to then find out the position was filled days later.
A very, very poor experience and felt like a complete waste of my time applying and preparing.

Interview process was very informal
- 3 conversations with different members of the Ops team, COO and CEO.
- 1 take home exercise testing SQL/data analysis skills
COO came off as genuine
CEO came off as incredibly arrogant

I accepted the job because I really liked the industry and its opportunities. But hiring process was absolutely messy and unprofessional to be honest.
I can understand and sympathize with every negative review on here. So much ghosting, no update for weeks, then suddenly asking for time out of blue… get your schedule fixed and make candidates feel respected…. Talent is scarce, one negative interactiont with a good candidate will have serious ripple effects…. horrible onboarding experience with rude and disconnected communication from HR too….
