My interview experience was pretty terrible. I applied for a mid senior position and I was asked to do a quite time consuming assignment even before the first interview.
I sent it and I got no answer before the interview.
The interview was quite short, I got no feedback at all on the assignment and the person who interviewed me seemed to be quite busy and really uninterested.
I then received a copy paste email saying that I didn't get the job (I consider myself quite lucky at this point) and they added that they can't provide feedback due to the high number of applicants.... I mean, get an HR team? :D
Definitely will not apply to this company ever again, there are more serious remote first companies around
it was quick and not very intense. The interviewer asked about basic question, like what is your hobby? tell us about yourself, and what is my strength and my weakness, not too difficult to answer and i'm quite happy while being interviewed by them.

Multiple interviews, emails and an assignment to "interview" for a position. Spent hours preparing and speaking to many different members only to be told at the last that they were going with another candidate. Felt like a total waste of time because it was clear that they hadn't properly communicated between team members.

Proceso bastante rápido. Preguntas Sencillas. Prueba de habilidades sencilla aunque bastante demandante. Se conectan tarde a las entrevistas y algunos de los entrevistadores se desconectan cuando se aburren. Las entrevistas son dinamicas y tienen un equipo multicultural.
