First round written test one pager + excel in 1.30h. Second round is discussion with an associate around experience, discussion about the written test and can include some market sizing Third round with a VP on a case to prepare ( 2 slider presentation) on a firm they provide to send 2 day before. Discussion around the case and follow up questions. Last round with HR and VP/COO and was mainly on fit. Overall extremely smooth process, fast and super responsive HR. Interviewer were nice and the different things they asked is aligned with the actual job.

I passed a brief timed excel test and received an invitation to an initial HR screening. I booked the HR interview and on the day of the interview, literally not even 1 hour before it, I received an email from their HR person cancelling it due to her error in scheduling overlapping interviews! She asked me for my availability for the following week to which I replied and after that she just ghosted me. So unprofessional, it makes the company look really bad!
