I was contacted by a member of the HR-Recruitment team during the last week of July 2016 for an opening in the Content Marketing team. The first round (telephonic) concluded as scheduled. The second round was scheduled to be a telephonic as well with the "Digital Marketing" head on July 29th at 15:00. I was waiting for the phone call which never happened. To make matters worse, nobody from the company called me to inform about the cancellation or for the sake of courtesy. This is a very unhealthy recruitment practice ! I guess, the employees do not respect the time of interview candidates and treated just like an option.
