Great process of recruitment . Process: they have fitness test, GD, Personal interview and live their life in the store.
They also guide and help you in 3 days live their life round
We had several rounds of the interview.
1, Job Application: I applied for the job via the portal
2. Interview Round 1: Manager took an interview of me, face to face
3. Interview Round 2: Another manager took an interview of me, face to face
3. On the job training: Had to attend a round of physical on the job training to support the team and see how it is

Then they have a LOL contract which we have to serve for 5 days to see if we can work and then join
