It's disappointing to share that my recent interview experience at Kallang was challenging. The collective recruitment initially communicated, starting 10 minutes late with no apology. The briefing included a game, and unfortunately, a group of 10 was informed of elimination without a chance for an interview. This process felt inefficient and wasted participants' time.

The interview process was generally positive. Communication was clear and timely. Scheduling was convenient and flexible. The interview structure was well-organized and relevant to the position. Interviewers were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable.
