Il colloquio si articola in diverse fasi: individuale, di gruppo ed infine con management. Il colloquio di gruppo dura diverse ore con lo scopo di valutare l’attitudine al lavoro di squadra e la leardership del candidato.

It was interesting and something new to me. Different flow of collective interview. And the process is very interactive amongst the other applicants and we tend to know new people at the same time
It was like I was trying to join NASA. I was interviewed about over 6 times. it was tiring and suck process. For the position, just 2 interview is quite enough.

what can you contribute to our team on the first day when you join?
have a phone interview for 10mins after hand in cv, have a short self introduction and talk about my favourite sports. HR will introduce the jobs description. Will have face interview after the phone interview.
