The overall process consisted of 5 steps:
1 - Application with your CV
2 - Group Interview
3 - Technical "homework" Assignment
4 - Individual Interview (verbal)
5 - Tasks within the individual interview
It provided a comprehensive picture to both the employee and the employer of what they can offer each other.
