There are two rounds, the first round, which is also the elimination round consist of playing three different sports which are created by the company. My advice to anyone reading this would to prepare yourself a month before in running since the first sport is intense. I personally felt the entire round was heavily biased. 30 people were suppose to turn up, however hardly 12 people came and two of them came 30-1 hour late while it was clearly mentioned in the email that the company wouldn't accept anyone post 7:15. Yet they both were still allowed. The purpose of this round is to check your physical fitness, vitality and personality however people who were playing sports really well by completing almost all the rounds were not selected. 4 boys and only 2 girls were selected, in which one of the girl was late 1 hour late and couldn't even perform in the last round.
