I was not given time to prepare for the interview and questions asked were based on the role they are employing for which was not stated only program associate was mentioned. After the interview, it took a while before they got back to me.

It is very seamless and fast and also very effective. They respond on time and the interview process is just four parts. It usually takes at least 2 weeks to hear back at any stage of the process.
