Interview and onboarding process was relatively smooth and seamless! Rahim, my recruiter, was always available for any questions I had during my interview portion of the role. He walked me through the offer available, once made by the company, and was always willing to hop on a call whenever I needed. My superiors, Chase and Skylar were very open and honest about what to expect from my role and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with enthusiasm. They had me do a quick case study so I actually got some insight into what to expect on a daily basis in my new role. Onboarding was relatively streamlined and I was provided with plenty of details on the background of the company, my role and beyond. Plenty of the team have been available for me to ask questions and learn as I go, which is a nice touch. I feel very welcomed here!
