The interview process was thorough yet supportive throughout. I first had a phone screen with HR (Kristy Legoretta, who could not have been more helpful and supportive, followed by a panel interview with a few deans, followed by a teaching demonstration in front of faculty and academic leadership. The questions focused on teaching philosophy, classroom experience, and student engagement strategies. The tone was professional but also welcoming, giving me the sense that they were looking for both expertise and a good cultural fit. The process moved quickly, and communication was clear at every stage.
