Absolutely terrific interview process from start to finish, led by Marija in Prague. As it happens, I had to decline the offer, however, it was an extremely difficult decision based on my experience particularly with Mari and Jan. Open discussions, honest Q&A, genuine interest, great follow-up, realistic expectations, and even extremely supportive with logistics on relocation.
