Laid-back interview. The manager basically asked if I knew how to clean and if I smoked (so he'd know how many breaks I'd take). I was hired on the spot and we went on a tour of the hotel and a walkthrough of my day-to-day tasks afterward. There wasn't much else to it. It being my first interview, I was grateful that's all there was to it.

Interviewer said she would let me know, never heard back and she never gave me a proper interview. Had all the qualifications, it would be nice to at least get a rejection email or a call rather than being ghosted.

You have a short less than 10 minute conversation with management and they ask simple questions about your resume, or you just make small talk. My interview was more on the informal side. You try to sell yourself as good for the hotel or company.
