I was interviewed twice, first by an HR manager and then by a director. The process was smooth and easy. I was asked to respond some questions about my previous experience in the field. The staff was friendly and the questions were straightforward.

Got an email confirmation first, staing that my salary expectation is a bit higher, asking if I can accept $1200/m, if yes, proceed for a video interview. So accepted and took the video interview, the interviewer asked things about my previous experience, I asked things about the role's resposibilities, I feel like it is a very stressing job, and since I had a higher expectation of salary, the interviewer didn't take me sereiously, and I didn't get the job.

The interview was first offline. I had to answer many questions on a form and record two videos. Then I had a first video interview with HR, a second with a supervisor and a last one with HR again.
