Fast second round days after. Final response took the longest but they said no exactly when they said they'd no by. Fair enough. Second round was most HR talking the operations person just sat back the whole time.

I just had one interview and I found it quite strange. There were the usual BA questions but they were also pointing out some of the negative aspects of working there as in they don't have some of the standard processes in place. Then I heard that they made people go into the office all throughout the pandemic and I was instantly put off. All other financial institutions allowed their employees to work remotely and stay safe but not this company. Was no longer interested in hearing what they had to say and it must have shown because I never heard back!
