I liked the interview process initially. They seemed direct and knew who they wanted. Everyone who worked there seemed friendly and interested in finding the right fit by asking questions. Unfortunately, I got an email saying they hired an internal candidate. Do not admit this, especially if you made candidates take assessments for writing and Excel. A waste of time to put in that much time and energy. Very unprofessional but revealing.
