2 interviews. References checked within 24 hours after 2nd interview. Received job offer. Asked 15% more than initial offer but less than previous RM who didn't have a degree. I had a graduate degree and more than 5+ years experience requested plus Spanish speaking skills. Offer rescinded without any negotiation or counter offer. Just pulled unexpectedly with a cheerful phone call. I guess they went with their 2nd choice.
