I applied on line and was called by the store manager and we set up time to meet. Interview was basically her getting to know me and me background experience. At the end of the interview, she asked me to come in and observe a saturday to get a feel for a busy day. After that I interviewed with DM and I was offered the job approx 2 weeks later.
