After a phone interview I was invited to a face to face. There were two people interviewing a candidate in the lobby of a hotel so i had to wait because the other interview ran over. At the interview table the HR person never introduced me to the other company employee. Since I overheard many of the previous interview questions I was surprised that most of the questions were basic and neither interviewer asked any hard questions. It appeared to me they had already made up their minds not to hire.
