I had only one interview and was scheduled for the "trainer boot camp" that was designed to serve as a pesentation platform for interviewees and learning about the company and the brand. This 'survivor island' style boot camp lasted two weeks prior to the gym opening and many candidates were cut. Only the storng survived to go on to be the initial group to open the gym's grand opening.
