Easily one of the worst candidate experiences I could imagine. The way in which my interviews were handled was strictly unprofessional and I certainly wish I had given the negative reviews from former employees more credence before wasting my time in the process. The company clearly has a very homogeneous culture that was personally described by employees as "you don't have to have been a D-1 athlete or run a fraternity/sorority to fit in here but it tends to help." Clearly there is some work to be done for them to become a more inclusive and welcoming workplace.
