I was called in for an interview. It was heavily hinted that I had gotten the job - the woman interviewing me said the next step was to wait for a certain person to be around so I could start training. Waiting a few days, no call. I called in and was told that neither the woman I interviewed with nor the person who was supposed to train me was in, but they would call me back the next day. A few days later after not having gotten a call, I went to ask in person and was told that nobody was in. I called the next day, and again was told that nobody was in and that I would be called back the next day. Two days later, still not having gotten called back, I called again and was told that they were not going to offer me the position. The whole process seemed completely unorganized and I feel that it was completely unnecessary to start discussing my training before even knowing if they were going to offer me the job.
