Was interviewed. Done with technical and manager and HR never get back to me for salary discussion. After sending a followup mail after a week HR said they are going for internal discussion and then no response for atleast month. If you want to reject a candidate please mail them that they have found someone better. Keeping them hold is not an good option. I am still waiting for the response from HR its been almost a month.
