Applied online, heard back after 2 days. Setup a phone call with recruiter who was on east coast. A brief chat with recruiter, then you get a few minor technical questions. After that they tell you about their "personality quiz" and a timed "puzzle quiz" that you must take before they will decide if you are smart enough to get an interview. This is creepy and a waste of time, after this i just ended the interview process.
