Two rounds of interviews with the COO: the first round consists of general questions, while the second round focuses on project-specific topics. Before you start working, they'll ask you for a reference, and they'll definitely follow up on it. Initially, they don't provide an offer but rather a Letter of Intent (LOI), and later they extend the offer.
